Tribe Healing Arts Community, LLC Between Ashland and Damen on the South side of the street
Our clinic is on the south side of the street between Ashland and Damen. There are two entrances, please use the West entrance for the clinic. The **door code** is 2027. There is ample free street parking on Belmont and local side streets Melrose, Fletcher and Wolcott.
